We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer responsible for cost estimation, quantity calculations, billing support, and basic QA/QC coordination. The role involves close coordination with site and accounts teams to ensure accurate project costing and documentation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for civil construction projects.
  • Perform quantity calculations for running and final bills based on site measurements and drawings.
  • Handle billing-related documentation, including measurement sheets, abstracts, client bills, and supporting records.
  • Coordinate with the site team for measurement verification and bill certification.
  • Assist in basic QA/QC activities, including checking work execution as per drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain QA/QC records such as checklists, inspection reports, and material test reports (as applicable).
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure accurate estimation and billing.
  • Support tendering activities and cost comparisons when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation, records, and version control for estimation and billing data.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, and estimation
  • Basic understanding of QA/QC procedures in civil construction
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing formats
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Good coordination and documentation skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects
  • Exposure to client billing and subcontractor billing
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as an Estimation Engineer or Billing Engineer.
