Job Title: Trainee Executive / Junior Executive (0-2 Yrs)

Reports To: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee Executive / Junior Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment coordination, offer negotiation, candidate document management, and providing assistance to the HRBP in day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in HR and gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, share invites, and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
  • Document Collection: Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents as per compliance requirements.
  • Offer Negotiation: Support in offer discussions with selected candidates as per internal guidelines.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in pre-onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • HRBP Assistance: Provide operational support to HRBP for employee engagement activities, HR data management, and reporting.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to close recruitment loops.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in HR or Internship will be considered.

  • Skills:

  • Pleasant and Focused communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
