Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter - Fresher to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in human resources to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process. As an HR Recruiter, you will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent to support the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and assist in conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing their inquiries.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain candidate profiles and records in the recruitment database.
  • Learning & Development: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and industry best practices.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about recruitment trends and tools to enhance the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
