Position Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers passionate about talent acquisition and eager to develop their career in HR. As a Junior HR Recruiter, you will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, while learning the ins and outs of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Talent Sourcing : Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  • Candidate Screening : Help review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications for different roles.
  • Interview Coordination : Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Job Posting : Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company's hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, updating them on their application status.
  • Offer Management : Support in preparing job offers and helping with negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with senior HR team members and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Candidate Database Management : Help maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Compliance : Assist in ensuring all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply (internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and strategies (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to build relationships with candidates.
