We are seeking a dedicated Service Professional for our Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit in Lucknow, India. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service support to our commercial and enterprise clients, ensuring their equipment operates at peak efficiency.

  • Perform on-site and remote diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for light commercial and enterprise equipment
  • Respond promptly to service requests and manage customer expectations effectively
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all client interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upgrade or replacement opportunities
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance
  • Adhere to company policies and safety standards while performing service tasks
Qualifications
  • Technical degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in servicing light commercial and enterprise equipment
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • In-depth technical knowledge of commercial and enterprise-grade equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and service management tools
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry-specific certifications are preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area
  • Familiarity with business operations in the commercial sector
