  • Troubleshoot and repair A/C and refrigeration breakdowns promptly.

  • Monitor temperature and humidity controls to ensure guest comfort.

  • Carry out regular inspections of HVAC equipment and systems.

  • Lead and guide junior technicians and helpers during installations and repairs.

  • Assign daily tasks, supervise work quality, and provide on-the-job training.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety and maintenance standards.

  • Coordinate with the Engineering Manager on preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Maintain service logs, records of breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

  • Ensure spare parts and tools are available and in good condition.

  • Follow safety protocols and ensure safe handling of refrigerants and tools.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental and energy-saving standards.

  • Report hazards, unsafe practices, and equipment faults immediately.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, VRV/VRF, refrigeration).

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.

  • Good leadership and team management skills.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

  • Professional attitude and guest-focused approach.
