Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AC Technician with strong expertise in HVAC systems and split air conditioning units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ducted and split units.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in split AC units, VRV/VRF systems .
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on AC systems.
  • Replace or repair components such as compressors, fans, motors, filters, thermostats, etc.
  • Ensure systems comply with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support to junior technicians and supervise field activities.
  • Record all work activities and submit detailed service reports.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and split AC systems.
  • Technical diploma or certification in Air Conditioning, or HVAC.
  • Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical
  • Ability to read technical diagrams, blueprint, and service manuals.
  • Good physical condition and the ability to work in hot or confined spaces.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license (if field travel is required).
  • Ability to work independently or lead a small team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29, ₹35,000.00 per month
