Job Summary
Join our team as an AC Technician Helper/Trainee and work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air-conditioning and home-appliance systems from multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing AC units and home-appliance systems across various brands.
- Transport and prepare tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
- Help diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues under supervision.
- Perform routine maintenance (e.g., cleaning filters, inspecting components).
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety protocols.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate service details.
- Keep accurate service and repair records.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and product developments through training.
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in AC or home-appliance servicing (trainee level).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of AC systems preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools/diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good physical condition.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
