Job Summary:

The Event Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events that align with the brand's image and objectives. This role involves managing the end-to-end production process - from conceptualization to on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations, creative excellence, and impactful audience experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and executing events, fashion shows, brand activations, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue setup, stage design, lighting, sound, and other production elements.
  • Oversee event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Support creative direction for event themes, décor, and brand representation.
  • Handle talent coordination, guest lists, and backstage management during live events.
  • Liaise with marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all event touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during production.
  • Prepare post-event reports, analyzing performance, feedback, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in event production, preferably in the media, fashion, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design or production software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late nights during event days.
