Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, rankings, and qualified leads. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5+ years of SEO experience, with a strong track record of ranking websites in competitive niches — especially in US markets.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong content strategy alignment, and data-driven decision-making. You should be comfortable conducting audits, managing on-page and off-page SEO, and owning organic growth performance end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and target the US market.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawl errors, site speed, indexing issues, schema, etc.).
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements: metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and keyword placement.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • Should be able to develop and optimize high-performing SEO content, landing pages, and blog strategies.
  • Build and manage white-hat link-building strategies (e.g., guest posting, PR, outreach, content partnerships).
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and other tools
  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with proven results in growing organic visibility and traffic for US-based websites.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page SEO.
  • Proficiency in key tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO/Clearscope.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful SEO campaigns, including measurable ranking and traffic improvements.
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, HTML/CSS basics, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
