About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our growing team. You will work directly with the HR & Leadership team on recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Support HR operations: maintaining employee records, attendance, and leaves.
  • Help in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection.
  • Work closely with leadership on special HR projects.

Skills & Requirements

  • Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Eager to learn HR systems, processes, and compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,000.00 per month
