About the Role

Assurance Developers is looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Intern to join our growing team. You'll assist in daily HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives — gaining real-world exposure to the full employee lifecycle in a creative, fast-paced environment.

This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and wants to build a career in Human Resources or People Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the recruitment process — posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and team events.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and interns.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR documentation and internal communication.
  • Learn about HR policies, compliance, and workplace culture management.

What We're Looking For

  • Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Proficient with basic office tools (Google Workspace or MS Office).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
