Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counselors (Freshers) who will be the first point of contact for students . The role involves guiding them about our training programs, admission process, and career opportunities, while maintaining a positive relationship to ensure student satisfaction and enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from students regarding courses, training programs, and career prospects.
  • Counsel students on suitable programs based on their educational background and career goals.
  • Explain admission procedures, eligibility, fee structure, and course benefits.
  • Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely conversion.
  • Maintain student databases, records, and admission-related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and industry visits for awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to achieve admission targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a student-friendly approach.
