Detailed Accounts Job Profile (Strong Resume Impact)

Core Accounting Responsibilities

  • Manage and update daily accounts in software such as Tally/ERP.
  • Prepare and record journal entries, ledger postings, and trial balance support.
  • Work on accounts payable/receivable:
  • Vendor invoice verification
  • Payment processing
  • Customer billing & collection
  • Handle cash book, day book, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and maintain accurate transaction records.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Assist with GST filings: input/output reconciliation & documentation.
  • Support TDS calculations, deductions, and return preparation.
  • Maintain all statutory records required for audit purposes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets support, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain digital and physical accounting files in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounts.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support payroll processing with attendance & salary inputs.
  • Assist management with data for budgeting and financial planning.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
