**Position Overview**: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to join our finance team. The intern will support the accounting department with daily tasks, help maintain accurate financial records, and gain hands-on experience in accounting processes within a dynamic business environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Help with the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Aid in the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist in the implementation and management of accounting software and tools.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information.
- Support the accounts team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education qualification of 12th pass; pursuing or completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Age range: 18 to 30 years.
