Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant, based in Gurugram with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and conducting research as required. The Executive Assistant will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing events
- Strong administrative skills, including handling correspondence and preparing reports and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
