We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business on Upwork and other Job leading jobsites. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to strike deals with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities on Upwork and other job sites.
  • Writing bids and proposals for clients to win projects..
  • Responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and creating quotes for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Identifying new leads.
  • Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile app Development, Web Applications, Analytics, AI, and Cybersecurity.
  • Must be able to conduct in depth market research about the clients in the targeted geography.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 4 to 8 year of experience as an Online Bidder in an IT company.
  • Proven track record of generating new business on Upwork
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Must have experience in bidding for mobile app Projects.
  • Good in proposal writing.
