We are looking for a
dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic team and support our projects from estimation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare
    cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
    for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Conduct
    cost analysis and value engineering
    to ensure project cost efficiency.
  • Monitor
    project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts
    , ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Evaluate and certify
    contractor progress claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Assist in
    procurement planning
    , vendor negotiations, and cost comparisons.
  • Collaborate with the
    engineering, design, and project management teams
    to ensure accurate cost control.
  • Maintain and update cost records, contracts, and related documentation.
  • Conduct
    site visits
    for measurement, verification, and progress reporting.
  • Support
    final account preparation and project close-out
    documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management
    , or a related field.
  • 2–5 years
    of relevant experience (preferably in industrial, laboratory, or infrastructure projects).
  • Strong knowledge of
    construction methods, materials, and pricing.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
    (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).
  • Excellent
    numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and meet deadlines under pressure.
