Job Description:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify and meet potential clients such as builders, civil engineers, society chairmen, and secretaries to promote and sell Road Sathi's parking accessories and equipment.
  2. Lead Generation & Market Research: Develop and maintain a strong database of leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market research within real estate and construction sectors.
  3. Product Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations showcasing the features, benefits, and quality of Road Sathi products tailored to client needs.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, order processing, and deliveries. Provide regular sales reports, visit updates, and market feedback to management.
  6. Brand Promotion & Networking: Represent the company at relevant industry events, society meetings, and builder associations to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
