Role Overview

As Co-Founder, you will work closely with the founding team to
build and scale KERA BOND into a category-defining consumer brand
. You will lead the D2C and brand growth charter end-to-end — from strategy and execution to fundraising and team building. This is a
high-ownership, equity-based leadership role
ideal for someone who has scaled D2C/FMCG brands and wants to shape a high-potential beauty science brand from the ground up.

Responsibilties

Brand Building & Positioning

• Shape and sharpen the KERA BOND brand narrative to build distinct category leadership in the "clinical cosmeceutical" hair care space.
• Lead campaigns that combine scientific credibility with consumer resonance.

D2C Growth & Marketing

• Drive D2C strategy including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, influencer partnerships, and retention.
• Own digital growth metrics — CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, and contribution margins.
• Optimize website funnel, UX, and merchandising to maximize conversion.

Category & Product Expansion

• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to identify market gaps, shape GTM strategies for new launches, and drive category visibility.
• Build playbooks for entering adjacent categories and scaling SKUs.

FMCG & Distribution Scaling

• Bring in expertise to structure offline/channel distribution — modern trade, beauty retail, and quick commerce.
• Build scalable systems for pricing, trade margins, and channel marketing.

Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships

• Collaborate on fundraising conversations with investors, leveraging strong growth narratives and brand performance.
• Build strategic partnerships with dermatologists, retailers, and accelerators.

Team & Culture

• Help build a high-caliber growth, creative, and brand team.
• Foster a performance-driven, innovative culture aligned with KERA BOND's clean and clinical ethos.

Ideal Profile

5–10+ years
of experience in
D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care brand building
.

Proven track record of
scaling consumer brands
(ideally in beauty, wellness, or FMCG).

Deep understanding of
performance marketing, retention, funnel optimization
, and
brand storytelling
.

Strategic operator comfortable with ambiguity, zero-to-one scaling, and hands-on execution.

Strong network in the
FMCG, beauty, or investor ecosystem
is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for ownership and speed.
