Designation: Sales Executive – Retail

Experience: 3–4 Years (Retail Sales / Direct Marketing preferred)

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (Take-home salary based on experience & interview performance)

Gender: Male / Female

Age: Below 40 years

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for retail sales and direct marketing activities.
  • Regular visits and relationship management with Interior Designers, Plumbers, Consultants, and Channel Partners.
  • Drive sales through effective negotiation and strong customer engagement.
  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Close sales independently and take quick decisions when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be smart, hardworking, presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (or ability to drive with licence).
