Purpose of the Job

The incumbent will also be responsible to maintain VM display (as per National VM manual) and assisting fellow team members with deliverables by co-ordinating and sharing of best practices.

  • Maintain and achieve key performance indicators of the store such as footfalls, conversion, sales generation and increased revenue.
  • Exhibit the usage of HELPS model for high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure complete product knowledge
