**Job Title: Sales Executive (Full-Time)**
- **Location**: MR Softwares, Ujjain (MP)
- **Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Day Off**: Sundays fixed off
- **Job Type**: Full-Time (On-site)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management**: Work on both inbound and outbound leads. Qualify prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- **Sales Pitch & Demo**: Present MR Softwares' IT products and services in a tailored and persuasive manner to potential clients.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly financial and call targets.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the initial point of contact—respond to inquiries, follow up regularly, and close deals effectively.
- **CRM Handling**: Keep CRM updated with lead status, follow-ups, and closure details.
- **Customer Relationship**: Build lasting relationships to boost client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product improvements to enhance your pitch.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation in any stream is **mandatory**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English**—both spoken and written
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality
- Highly target-driven and performance-focused
- Basic understanding of IT/software solutions and how they benefit businesses

**Additional Information**
- **You must be willing to work from the office** (No remote options)
- **Meeting financial and call targets is a must**:

- **Generating new leads is appreciated and sometimes required**
