Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Accountant, located in Pune. The Associate Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting duties such as reconciling financial transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with audits. The role also includes analyzing financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and supporting tax-related activities. Strong collaboration with different departments to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Accounting and Bookkeeping
  • GST & TDS filing
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Processing
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Analysis and Budgeting principles
  • Familiarity with Tax Compliance and Audit Support
  • Proficient in Accounting Software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
