In the dynamic realm of Card Marketing, you will be the Business UAT Lead within Card Services, responsible for overseeing a team of Card Marketing Campaign Validation Analysts. Your role will involve analyzing various credit card marketing campaign assets to ensure quality and compliance before delivery to customers. Collaborating with different teams, you will establish streamlined processes, uphold customer commitments, and adhere to regulatory standards to promote excellence in campaign quality and execution efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a team of Card Marketing Campaign Validation Analysts. - Collaborate with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal, Compliance, and Controls teams. - Deliver accurate, compliant, and functional marketing materials. - Ensure streamlined processes and optimize resource efficiency. - Uphold customer commitments and regulatory compliance. - Drive excellence in quality and execution efficiency. - Cultivate a culture of quality-as-a-service and continuous improvement. - Develop expertise in analyzing marketing creatives and legal disclosure. - Enhance end-to-end processes and standards for the team and partners. - Demonstrate customer-centricity and enhance the customer experience. **Qualification Required:** - 8+ years of experience in driving campaign quality. - 2+ years of leadership experience with strong collaboration and communication skills. - Experience in managing various campaign stages. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and adhere to process expectations. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing. - Enthusiasm and willingness to learn. The company prefers candidates with Financial Services background who can manage end-to-end delivery of marketing assets while driving excellence, developing talent, and improving end-to-end processes.
