Position Overview:

We are hiring Accounts Executives to strengthen our Finance team. One will be responsible for core accounting activities, and the other will handle tax-related functions. Both roles require a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to day-to-day financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Position 1: Core Accounts Activities

  1. Daily accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  2. Accounts payable and receivable management processing invoices, vendor payments, customer follow-ups.
  3. Bank reconciliations and managing petty cash transactions.
  4. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant accounting standards.

Position 2: Tax & Compliance Activities

  1. Prepare and file regular tax return (GST, TDS, TCS, and INCOME TAX) accurately and on time.
  2. Coordinate with consultants for income tax, ROC, and statutory audits.
  3. Maintain proper documentation for input tax credit (ITC), TDS certificates, and tax notices.
  4. Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws, including changes in tax regulations.
  5. Assist in tax assessments, audits, and inspections by government authorities.
  6. Handle e-way bills, digital signature management, and related tax tools.
  7. Keep up to date with tax laws, amendments, and circulars relevant to the organization.

Qualifications & Skills (Common to Both Roles):

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 2-7 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or any ERP software.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
