Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Support & Coordination Executive to act as the bridge between our development team, operations, and end users.

The ideal candidate will handle app/website bug tracking, IT issue coordination, and functional testing, ensuring smooth performance of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilitie

s
• Coordinate with developers to log, track, and close technical bugs and issue

s
• Test new releases and ensure features are working as expected (UAT

)
• Maintain and update issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho

)
• Provide functional support to internal teams and end user

s
• Communicate effectively between business and tech teams to ensure clarity on issue

s
• Document bugs, reproduce steps, and validate fixes before deploymen

t
• Monitor uptime, app performance, and coordinate quick resolution of issue

Requirement

s
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering (BCA, B.Sc. IT, BE, B.Tech preferred

)
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, QA, or product coordinatio

n
• Understanding of web/app systems, APIs, and databases (basic level

)
• Familiarity with issue-tracking and project management tool

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skill

s
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environmen

t

• Experience in fintech or SaaS environment

• Knowledge of SQL or Postman for API testin
