Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Director of Information Technology (Global Operations) for a reputed USA-based Company for their India Office at the Juinagar (Navi Mumbai) location.

Candidate Profile :

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Information Technology. The role will be a significant partner to US IT Leadership and will be responsible for delivery against the company's strategic technology solutions roadmap. The Director must understand the real estate landscape from both a technical solution and consumer viewpoint. He should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and experienced in application development, solution delivery, and IT Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of IT projects to market.
  • Ensuring that technology resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
  • Acting as a mentor to team members.
  • Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Provides strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of design, development, operation, and support of IT systems.
  • Works with HR and the IT leadership team to develop and execute workforce plans that supply skilled resources to meet current and future demand.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
  •  10 or more years working in a technological role.
  •  10 or more years of managerial experience in a global operation.
  •  Western Company collaboration experience.
  •  Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
  •  Cloud Software Development is a must.
  •  Exceptional team management skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication.
  •  Ability to delegate efficiently.
  •  A deep passion for innovation and improving organizational performance through the application of immerging technologies and practices.
  •  A strong desire to continually learn about new technologies.
  •  Results-oriented and metrics-driven operational leader.
  •  Work well under minimal supervision.
