Field Sales Supervisor / Area Sales Manager (OTC Products)

Experience -4 to 5 years

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (Bachelor's required; MBA preferred).
  • 4–5 years of sales experience in OTC (Over-The-Counter) or FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, guide, and motivate field representatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Assign sales territories, schedules, and supplies to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor, evaluate, and support team performance.
  • Respond promptly to on-call tasks and provide operational support to field staff.
  • Ensure implementation of approved sales and marketing plans in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Drive the achievement of sales objectives, commercial budgets, and performance targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and logistics.
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure effective communication to field teams.
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office, reporting tools, CRM systems).
  • Demonstrated team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
