Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires creativity, analytical ability, and a passion for digital trends to drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Manage paid ad campaigns (PPC, Display, Social Media Ads) to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.

Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, including keyword research, website optimization, and backlink strategies.

Manage and grow social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Create, curate, and optimize content for digital channels, in collaboration with the creative team.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Work closely with the design and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Support in preparing client presentations, strategy documents, and performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign tracking dashboards.

Hands-on experience with social media management and content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
