Job Description

We are looking for a Sign Board Maker, skilled artisan responsible for creating, designing, and fabricating various types of signboards and visual displays for clients and businesses in Chennai. This role requires a creative flair, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to produce visually appealing and effective signage. The Sign Board Maker collaborates closely with clients, designers, and the production team to bring design concepts to life.

Required Skills:
  • Strong artistic skills and a creative mindset to transform design concepts into tangible signboards.
  • Knowledge of signboard fabrication techniques, materials, and finishing methods.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, designers, and production team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address design challenges and modifications.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Interpret design concepts and adapt them to suit different signboard materials and formats.
  • Select appropriate signboard materials, such as acrylic, metal, vinyl, or wood, based on design, Prepare and cut materials to the required dimensions using tools and equipment.
  • Apply various crafting techniques, such as painting, engraving, routing, and vinyl application, to create signboard elements.
  • Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes to achieve the desired colors and visual effects.
  • Inspect finished signboards to ensure they meet design aesthetics, quality standards, and are free of defects.
  • Provide guidance on handling and positioning signboard components during installation and Maintain accurate records of design concepts, materials used, work performed, and any client communications.
