Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced MRO Material & Production Planner to oversee production scheduling and ensure uninterrupted aircraft maintenance operations. The role requires strong planning, coordination, and inventory management skills to maintain material readiness and operational efficiency at the MRO facility.

Requirements

  • 10–11 years of experience
    in
    Material Planning / Production Planning / PPC
    within an
    MRO or aviation environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    aircraft maintenance processes
    , logistics, and compliance requirements.
  • Working experience with
    ERP systems (SAP PP/MM preferred)
    and
    MS Excel
    .
  • B.Tech / Diploma
    in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Production, or related engineering field.
  • Excellent
    communication, coordination, and decision-making
    skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage
    Master Production Schedules (MPS)
    for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure timely availability of aircraft parts, consumables, and tools to
    avoid maintenance delays
    .
  • Track stock levels, maintain accurate
    inventory control
    , and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate daily with
    Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, and Logistics
    teams.
  • Monitor maintenance workflow and
    adjust schedules
    based on operational requirements and priorities.
