Lead workshops with stakeholders across Maintenance Operations Reliability and Supply Chain to baseline KPIs e g backlog weeks OT contractor PM CM mix wrench time and translate findings into user stories business process flows and solution blueprints aligned with the Value360 framework Translate EAM Use Cases into Digital Execution Models - Map field execution gaps e g LOTO permit delays spare parts coordination missed inspections to Innovapptive s Connected Worker Platform modules such as mWorkOrder mInventory Operator Rounds and Digital Permits focusing on driving measurable impact in reliability safety and cost optimization Ensure Adoption Governance and KPI Ownership -
