Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Chennai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining and updating the company's registers, and preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating board meetings, drafting meeting agendas and minutes, managing correspondence, advising on corporate governance, and ensuring the implementation of company policies and practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Law
  • Experience in drafting meeting agendas, minutes, and other official documents
  • Ability to manage correspondence and maintain company registers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional qualification as a Company Secretary is preferred
