Role & responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Header Drilling machines as per job requirements and drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of Machining processes such as Drilling, Milling and Profiling etc.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC Machines Tools / Drills / Cutters/ Inserts etc. with tool holding devices and adapters.
  • Basic knowledge of Forming Processes such as Tube Bending, Cold Bending and Hot Bending
  • Basic knowledge of Tube bending Dies, Wiper Dies, Mandrel etc.
  • Set up and operate SPM, Semi-Automatic machines like Welding, Cutting, Chamfering, Buffing, Swaging and Flat Stud welding machines as per job requirements and drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of Operating SPM machines and HMI with operating console etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Fabrication processes such Welding, Cutting, Chamfering, Swaging and Flat Stud welding
  • Achieve daily targeted output as defined by Plant In-charge /Supervisor
  • Load/unload the tubes for Semi-Automatic operations like cutting, chamfering butt joints welding, Flat stud welding, on Conveyor with EOT Cranes / Lifting Fixtures ensuring correct alignment and clamping.
