- Consultants with 10 to 12 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion - Talent Management Compensation. Knowledge of Core HR, Benefits,Recruiting and Absence Management will be an add-on. 10 + years of experience in implementing HR systems Experience of large end-to-end Implementation in Oracle Fusion with exposure across Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Absence Management. Experience in capturing business requirements, working with client key stakeholders, and conducting workshops Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security and other required configurations Full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels Ability to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR Ability to develop and prepare scripts for Data migration Ability to mentor and groom team /competencies Onsite-offshore working experience will be a big-plus Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment------Oracle Cloud Applications-Eleven to Eighteen Years,Application Consultant-Eleven to Eighteen Years Named Job Posting?
