The role purely based out in Bangalore and the person need to be locally present in Bangalore should be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing effective training programs for a client's employees or partners, focusing on technical skills, product knowledge, and system usage. Their duties include conducting needs analyses, developing training content and materials, delivering various training formats, evaluating program effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and proficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conducting thorough analyses to understand learning requirements and identify skill gaps.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored training strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Content Development:
  • Creating and updating instructional materials, such as handouts, user guides, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Developing engaging content that covers the product's value proposition, features, and benefits.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Coordinating and facilitating various learning styles, including live instructor-led sessions, virtual instruction, and self-paced e-learning.
  • Adapting delivery methods to meet the specific needs of different audiences and learning environments.
  • Program Management & Evaluation:
  • Managing the logistical aspects of training events, including scheduling, venue coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of training through feedback, learner progress tracking, and evaluation of program outcomes

This role is based on a 50-50 profit sharing basis and there is no fixed salary for 'Training partner ". Monthly profit will be divided as per accounts and paid on or before 5
th
of each month of the calendar year
