Job Purpose

• This position will be responsible for preparation for all Revenue & Subscriber related reporting in a standardized format to deliver improved quality control and effectiveness
• Responsibility for financial analysis of Revenue for each of the circles in the cluster and provide insight and analysis to highlight various trends and provide key observations
• Ensures monitoring of the Revenue Budget for each of clusters segment wise, product wise and highlighting the variances
• This position also involves interaction & coordination with Circles /Clusters to provide standard reports and resolve their queries
• Also responsible for providing the input for automation to BI team for key KPIs and documentation of SOP or processes
• Ensure data base management in Hyperion Planning Module
• Opex benchmarking and providing various insights to cluster management & help in working towards cost optimization
• Track IT demands and automation needs of the function

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Daily business reporting to Circle Management Team in terms of Revenue, Traffic and Subscriber.

- Addressing business queries with respect to reported numbers

- Support in long term strategic planning and forecasting process for Business Finance

• Coordination with Cross function in terms of data analytics
• Closely work with the accounting team on compliance to accounting standards and guidelines

- Month end reconciliation with Accounts Team

- Drive Synergy and Cost Optimization in eco system

- Reporting Compliance of Statutory & Regulatory Bodies

- Month end reconciliation of Financial and Non-Financial parameters

- Corporate reporting with respect to Hyperion loading

- Data crunching on Various IT reports

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

1. At-least 1-2 years of Telecom Experience
2. Deep analytical skills and right attention to details in MIS reporting
3. Working Knowledge Excel, PPT making, Knowledge of Hyperion tool & BI
4. Excellent team player with good collaborative skill
5. Influencing skills, ability to connect with stakeholders across functions and verticals
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Good MS excel & PP skill

Must have technical / professional qualifications

CA / CFA

3-5 Years (1 to 2 years in Telecom Service)
