Role Overview:

The role entails leading partner onboarding and managing the complete admissions lifecycle, from fee structures and document verification to enrolment tracking. It involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding, orientations, and OJT agreements. The position also focuses on partner engagement through regular communication and grievance resolution, while ensuring compliance with institutional, branding, and regulatory norms. Additionally, the role includes maintaining MIS dashboards, fee reconciliations, and generating reports for leadership and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading partner onboarding and finalizing program details.
  • Overseeing end-to-end admissions, including fee structure, NPF configuration, document verification, and enrolment tracking.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (Admissions, CRM, Academic Affairs) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing student onboarding, orientation, and OJT agreements across all partnered programs.
  • Driving partner engagement through regular updates, orientations, and grievance resolution.
  • Ensuring compliance with branding, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining MIS dashboards, fee reconciliation, and reporting for leadership and partners.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of experience in key account management, university admissions, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of higher education policies, admissions, and project management.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, LMS, and MIS tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and manage high-pressure admission cycles.
