Internship Responsibilities

As a Business Development Intern
, you will play a key role in bridging communication between parents, teachers, and the academic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling tuition enquiries from parents.
  • Coordinating
    trial classes
    between teachers and parents.
  • Ensuring scheduled classes are conducted smoothly and on time.
  • Managing parent–teacher communications effectively.
  • Assisting with
    invoicing and payment collection
    .
  • Supporting academic heads in
    teacher hiring and onboarding
    .
  • Ensuring teacher
    training completion and quality checks
    .

Internship Details

  • Type:
    Full-Time, Onsite (Bangalore – Whitefield)
  • Duration:
    3 Months Internship
  • Stipend:
    ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives (per month)
  • Conversion Opportunity:
    On successful completion, eligible for
    Full-Time role

  • CTC:
    ₹3.6 LPA + Incentives (performance-based)
