Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founders Office - Process Coordinator located in Mumbai. The Process Coordinator will manage and streamline various processes for the founders, coordinate with different departments, ensure timely execution and delivery of projects, and assist in strategic planning and execution. The role involves daily communication and follow-ups with team members, organizing meetings, compiling reports, and handling administrative tasks.

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Office Tools and Software
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing timelines
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in the e-commerce or jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
