Job Description

  • As we expand our teams across various departments, we're looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to help us attract top talent and ensure we hire individuals who align with our values and goals.
  • As our In-House Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with department heads, manage recruitment campaigns, and create a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will also play a key role in shaping our employer brand, ensuring that candidates feel engaged and excited about joining us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future staffing needs
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications for new roles
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and recruitment networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Manage recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve performance
  • Promote Alkye & our in house- brands as an employer of choice through outreach, branding initiatives, and recruitment marketing
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements

  • Experience required atleast 3 years
  • Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment consultant, or similar role
  • Proven experience as a recruiter in technology
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proven experience matching talent to company values and culture
