  1. Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the jewelry they are looking for. Provide information about different pieces, including materials, gemstones, and designs.

  2. Sales: Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, and recommend suitable jewelry items. Use persuasive selling techniques to encourage purchases and meet sales targets.

  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry products available in the store, including their features, materials, and craftsmanship. Stay updated on current jewelry trends and styles.

  4. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels by keeping track of stock, restocking shelves, and notifying management of low inventory or popular items.

  5. Visual Merchandising: Participate in arranging jewelry displays to attract customers and enhance the visual appeal of the store. Ensure that jewelry is presented in an organized and aesthetically pleasing manner.

  6. Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing any concerns or complaints, and following up with customers after purchases.

  7. Transaction Processing: Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and securely. Ensure that all sales are properly recorded and that customers receive receipts for their purchases.

  8. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the store and display cases clean and organized at all times. Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of jewelry pieces as needed.

  9. Security: Adhere to store security procedures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of customers, staff, and merchandise. Be vigilant for any suspicious activity and report any security concerns to management.

  10. Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and productive work environment. Assist colleagues as needed and contribute to the overall success of the store.

  11. Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional jewelry items or accessories to customers based on their preferences and budget.

  12. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
