Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP, vendor management, reconciliations, and statutory compliance including TDS and GST. The role requires strong coordination skills with internal teams, external auditors, and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor bills accurately and efficiently in SAP.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
  • Liaise with bankers for various banking transactions and related documentation.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation and Vendor Reconciliation regularly.
  • Handle TDS payments (monthly) and quarterly return filings independently.
  • Perform GST 2A/2B reconciliation and ensure timely reporting of discrepancies.
  • Manage intercompany reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support management with periodic financial data and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, TDS, and GST regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
