Role Overview: As a Senior Architect at our Sonarpur, Kamalgazi location, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion. Your visionary design skills, strong leadership qualities, and deep technical expertise will be essential in overseeing teams, managing clients, and delivering high-quality solutions within the specified budget and timeline. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing architectural projects throughout all stages, from conceptualization to construction completion. Additionally, you will be supervising and mentoring junior team members and interns, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability requirements, preparing design proposals and progress reports, reviewing drawings for accuracy, managing project budgets and resources, and coordinating with various consultants.
