Role Overview: As a Senior Architect at our Sonarpur, Kamalgazi location, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion. Your visionary design skills, strong leadership qualities, and deep technical expertise will be essential in overseeing teams, managing clients, and delivering high-quality solutions within the specified budget and timeline. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing architectural projects throughout all stages, from conceptualization to construction completion. Additionally, you will be supervising and mentoring junior team members and interns, collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with building codes and sustainability requirements, preparing design proposals and progress reports, reviewing drawings for accuracy, managing project budgets and resources, and coordinating with various consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion - Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns - Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams - Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability requirements - Prepare design proposals and progress reports - Review drawings for accuracy - Manage project budgets and resources - Coordinate with various consultants Qualifications Required: - Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience - Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and scales - Proficiency in design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Good understanding of sustainable design principles and building codes Additional Details: Both positions are full-time roles with a day shift schedule and require work to be conducted in person at the specified location.,
