Employment Type: Temporary / Consultant Role (Not Full-Time)

To strengthen our HR functions across Senwell Group & Senwell Exports, we are looking for a highly experienced HR Consultant who can guide and mentor our team with strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and streamline HR functions and processes for both IT & Manufacturing divisions.
  • Develop and implement new HR policies in alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
  • Strengthen and manage organization culture for employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR regulations.
  • Guide and implement HR practices for Green Project set-up and sustainable HR initiatives.
  • Support management in workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for leadership and management teams on HR matters.
  • Ensure smooth HR audits and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide mentorship to the HR team for long-term growth.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HR function setup, policy development, and culture management.
  • In-depth understanding of Labour Laws & Compliance (Factory Act, ESIC,PF, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
  • Ability to drive organizational changes and Green Project HR practices.
  • Must be medically fit and comfortable working across both Kharadi & Wagholi (Kesnand) locations.
  • Preferred: Retired professionals with proven HR leadership experience.
  • Immediate Joiners only.

  • Working Days: 6 Days (On-site only)
  • Nature of Role: Temporary Consultant (Not a full-time employment role)
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing near Kharadi / Wagholi / Kesnand preferred.
