Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve Debt Management Services targets of the assigned branch, ensuring PI targets are met.
- Meet targets on the cost of Debt Management Services.
- Ensure PI targets are achieved within the specified cost limits on a monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure.
- Ensure that Debt Management Services agencies and in-house collectors adhere to current legal guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and in-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and prevent losses due to such activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience- People management skills.
