Shift:
U.S. Shift (Night Shift) – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Working Days
: 6 Days (Rotational Offs)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves engaging with international clients and students, counseling them on educational opportunities, and driving sales for edtech products and services. If you have experience in business development, sales, or academic counseling, or if you are a fresher with strong communication skills, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential students/clients in international markets (primarily U.S.).
  • Conduct academic counseling sessions and recommend suitable programs.
  • Convert leads into successful enrollments through consultative sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in business development, sales, or academic counseling. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (U.S. shift).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Must have own laptop.
  • Should be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
