Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Cloud Voice Developer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience integrating Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Amazon Lex with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, ensuring seamless communication workflows and enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud Voice solutions integrated with Amazon Connect.
  • Build and deploy AWS Lambda functions to support call flow logic and automation.
  • Create and manage Amazon Lex bots for natural language understanding and conversational AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Service Cloud and AWS components.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Service Cloud Voice implementations for better performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce and AWS ecosystem integrations.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • Amazon Connect (Contact flow design and configuration)

  • Amazon Lex (Bot building, intents, utterances, and slots)
  • AWS Lambda function development)

  • AWS IAM, CloudWatch, and API Gateway

  • Proven experience implementing Service Cloud Voice solutions.

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and CTI integrations.
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and AWS SDKs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate).
