Role & responsibilities:

  • Minimum years in finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing / packaging / FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-unit operations and scaling businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, Companies Act, IFRS/IND-AS, and export-import regulations.
  • Experience in ERP / SAP financial modules preferred.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor key business KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
  • Drive cost optimization and working capital management initiatives.
  • Implement strong internal controls and risk management processes.
  • Lead ERP implementation and digital finance transformation initiatives (if applicable).
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Candidate must be CA qualified.
  • Candidate must have min. 5 Yrs experience from manufacturing after qualifying CA.
